Ya know, being flipped off by someone wearing a pink jacket feels kinda weird.

I love those peeps -- my mother always sent them to me -- I wonder if something is wrong with her. I don't have any -- I am jealous.

But Annie, where is the big smile I miss? You don't smile when you are eating peeps?

I think if someone tried to give peeps to me, I would display a similar gesture.

I went to Walgreen's last night to see what they had left--y'know, get a preview of what would be marked down today. All they had were those cheap peanut butter eggs & Peeps. Bummer.

Love the pink jacket. Very cute. But I hate peeps.

Peeps are disgusting. But at least yours match your coat.

Gilby, get thee to Lake Street Target as fast as you can. There is lots left, but when I was there (around 7:30 pm on Monday) the aisles were packed with hordes of markdown-shoppers.

Also, if you look closely you will see that the peeps in the photo are still in the peep display at the grocery store. I took the picture because, obviously, I look exactly like a peep when I wear that coat, and Easter seemed like the best time to put the two together on the blog for you.

But now you have all inspired me, and amongst my huge stash of chocolate that I just bought at Target, I also have a box of pink peeps. I may not eat them all, because I only kind of like peeps, but at least I have them.

I went to work this morning and there were pink peeps there in the breakroom. I resisted. But I thought of you. My pink peep memories are forever changed.

Thanks, because now I will laugh when I think of or see pink peeps.
